I am a registered Osteopath and co-owner of the BodyFix Clinic. I graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree. For the first 9 years of my profession I worked in a multi-disciplined clinic in Sutton as the lead osteopath and clinic partner.

In 2016 I decided to expand on my diagnostic skills and undertook a Postgraduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound.

I have a special interest in shoulder complaints due to the complexity of the shoulder joint and the many challenging conditions that I treat. I have continued to develop my skills in the treatment of shoulder injuries through numerous postgraduate courses on management protocols and restoring function. I believe that diagnosing the correct structure or structures involved in a shoulder complaint is key to providing the correct treatment management for a patient.

I am experienced in treating numerous conditions of the spine, neck, upper limb and lower limb, whether from degenerative processes or as a result of trauma either work related or in a sporting capacity. I use a number of different treatment techniques depending on the condition being treated, including soft tissue work, muscle energy techniques, joint manipulative therapy and mobilisation, dry needling, therapeutic ultrasound and interferential therapy. I am also trained in Kinesio taping techniques and qualified to prescribe bespoke medical orthotics for the correction of foot, ankle, knee and hip dysfunction.

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
