I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist based in Stoneleigh, Epsom. I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages to find balance, release tension, and heal naturally.

I’m currently completing a specialised nine-month top-up course in paediatric craniosacral therapy, with graduation planned for summer 2026. This builds on my core training and deepens my expertise in working gently and effectively with newborns, babies, children, and families.

My path into craniosacral therapy began with a deeply personal family experience. When craniosacral therapy played such a transformative role in their healing and recovery, I knew I wanted to share this gentle, powerful approach with others.

Determined to help people address the root causes of their discomfort, I completed an intensive two-year professional training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Today, I feel privileged to offer this nurturing therapy to clients seeking relief from physical, emotional, and stress-related challenges.

• BCST qualification from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET), recognised by the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT)
• Registered member of the International Cranial Association (ICrA)
• Registered member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
