Reflexologist and a member of The Association of Reflexologists
I became interested in natural health and therapies whilst expecting my youngest child in 1992. This led to me taking a diploma course in Anatomy, physiology and holistic massage.
I then qualified as a Complementary health therapist in 1997. Whilst practicing in a clinic in South London, I studied further courses, one of which was Reflexology. I trained at The London School of Reflexology under Louise Keet, author of The Reflexology Bible and a respected voice within the profession. I am also a member of The Association of Reflexologists, demonstrating my commitment to professional standards and CPD.
I also gained a post graduate qualification in Maternity Reflexology at the same school, which is located at Regents University, Regents Park, London. For the past 24 years I have been a therapist at a well known clinic and have spent the last 5 years at their Central London location. I have also taught baby massage classes for NCT groups and the NHS.
I’m passionate about natural health and well being.
To stay healthy, I enjoy taking long woodland walks and dancing to live music.
