Chair based exercise is safe and allows you to feel supported whilst still being able to work the muscles and joints through certain ranges of movement.


There are three parts to the exercise plan this second part is aimed at the upper and lower back. A print out of the exercises are available and can be emailed to you. Just let me know if you would like a copy at nicole@bodyfixclinic.co.uk.
