VLOG: Chair Based Exercise Part 1 Neck and Shoulders
I wanted to create a set of chair based exercises for the less mobile person, who might be stuck at home in isolation, recovering from illness or suffering with stiffness from arthritis.
Chair based exercise is safe and allows you to feel supported whilst still being able to work the muscles and joints through certain ranges of movement.
There are three parts to the exercise plan and this first part is aimed at the neck and shoulders. A print out of the exercises are available and can be emailed to you. Just let me know if you would like a copy at nicole@bodyfixclinic.co.uk.
