Having first studied reflexology, massage and pilates instruction, I graduated from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine gaining a BSc (Hons) degree and license to practice (LicAc).

I have a special interest in working with women’s health including menopause, gynaecology, female and male fertility, assisted conception and pregnancy, and have undertaken specialist training in these areas with some of the worlds leading practitioners.

I also enjoy working with many general health conditions including anxiety, stress, aches and pains, sciatica, digestive issues, arthritis, addictions and sleep disorders.

I am trained in auricular (ear) acupuncture which can be used as a stand alone treatment to help support addictions, mental health issues and stress. Or combined with body acupuncture.

I have also under taken further training in cosmetic facial acupuncture including facial cupping, massage and gua sha.

Sessions include a thorough consultation and alongside acupuncture may also include the use of moxibustion, electro acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, diet and life style advice.
