Osteopath MA(Hons), MOst, CPO
Mummy MOT
Paediatric Osteopath
I graduated with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy (MOst). With a passion for enhancing the well-being of both children and women, I pursued specialised training, earning a postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Osteopathy (CPO) at the world renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children. This training included over 500 supervised hours in their paediatric clinic.
I employ a comprehensive approach to osteopathy, considering each individual and their current complaint, lifestyle and expectations. Proficient in a spectrum of techniques such as structural, cranial and visceral as well as dry needling/ medical acupuncture, I tailor treatments to individual needs. Beyond hands-on therapies, I will integrate rehabilitation exercises to support long-term recovery.
As a certified Mummy MOT practitioner, I am adept at conducting postnatal check-ups, ensuring optimal health for new mothers. I’ve also completed courses in medical acupuncture/dry needling, obstetrics, visceral, and osteopathic lymphatic drainage. This diverse expertise enables me to provide comprehensive care, addressing a wide range of health concerns for both paediatric and women’s health patients.
My interest in Osteopathy was piqued when I too had treatment for pains during my pregnancies and again when my children were treated as newborns. The difference that treatment made fascinated me and I decided to embark on training and make the change from a previous career in The City.
In my spare time I enjoy Pilates, baking sourdough and spending time with the family.
